MAILING LABELS
We can supply you with mailing labels in addition to the electronic file of your mailing list that you receive. Two options are available for preprinted mailing labels.
Shipped Labels: We print standard (Avery 5960, 1"x25/8") white laser labels, or clear/transparent (Avery 5979, 1"x25/8") laser labels, and ship them to you via the shipping method of your choice. All labels include delivery bar code (when available), and are in zip code sequence with carrier route code to facilitate bulk mail, and pre-sorted mail; other sequences available upon request. There is a cost of $0.035 per label plus shipping.
Labels emailed: We also provide labels in a MS Word document and can email them to you. Simply open this emailed MS Word document, place the labels in printer, and print. You may choose any standard size label. All labels include zip+4 zip code and carrier route coding to facilitate bulk mail, and pre-sorted mail; other sequences available upon request. The cost for this service is as follows; this cost is in addition to the cost of purchasing your list(s):
- 1-500 labels at flat fee of $10.00
- 501-1000 labels at flat fee of $15.50
- 1001-5000 labels at flat fee of $20.00
- 5001 (+) labels at a flat fee of $25.00
FIRST CLASS MAIL SERVICES
As of 12/31/02, if you put a stamp on a regular 4.25 x 6" postcard it will cost you $.23 in postage to mail it first class. For larger postcard and standard letter sized promotions, you will pay $.37 for postage. Using our bulk rate-mailing permit along with postal automation software, we offer clients a mailing discount.

- You ship us your direct mail stock (postcard or letter)
- We print your mail list onto labels using postal automation codes for postal discount.
- We affix printed mailing labels directly to your direct mail stock.
- We mail your piece using our bulk rate certificate
